Installation paths on netwin
We offer three ways to access netwin on mobile. Android users can download our APK directly from our platform; iOS users access netwin through the mobile browser without a separate app store listing; and all users can install our web app as a shortcut on their home screen for a native-like experience.
Android APK download
To install netwin on Android, download the APK file from our platform, then navigate to Settings → Security and enable "Unknown sources" if you have not done so already. This setting allows installation of apps outside the Google Play Store. Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts. The installation takes less than a minute on most devices.
iOS browser access
iOS users access netwin through Safari or any mobile browser. Navigate to our domain, log in with your credentials, and bookmark the page for quick access. You can also add netwin to your home screen by tapping Share → Add to Home Screen, which creates an app-like icon that launches the web app directly.
Web app installation
All users can install our web app by visiting netwin in a mobile browser, tapping the menu icon, and selecting "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen." This method works on both Android and iOS and provides a streamlined experience without requiring APK downloads or browser bookmarks.

Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the netwin APK fails to install on Android, verify that "Unknown sources" is enabled in your device settings. Some devices require you to enable this setting per app rather than globally. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK installations outside the Play Store — the warning confirms that the file is signed by netwin and has not been tampered with. For iOS users, if the web app does not appear on your home screen after tapping "Add to Home Screen," try clearing your browser cache and repeating the process. If you encounter persistent download errors, contact our support team to confirm your device is compatible and to receive an alternative download link.
Data, permissions, and account security
The netwin app requests only the permissions necessary to function: internet access for account and payment operations, and optional notification permissions for alerts. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, or location. Your account credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest. When you log into netwin, your session is protected by industry-standard TLS encryption. If you log out or your session expires, you must re-enter your credentials to access your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication if available on your account settings.
