Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is suspended, we freeze all funds pending our investigation. If we determine that the suspension was warranted, we may forfeit some or all funds. If the suspension is lifted, we restore your account and funds. We communicate the reason for suspension and any findings via email.
You may request account closure at any time through our support team. We process closure requests within one business day. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and we may retain your data as required by law.
